Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you have accepted the package, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In order to complete your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If it is the customer's own fault, you will need to cover the shipping costs of the return yourself.



Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at ‘sales@annaletters.com’.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ‘sales@annaletters.com’.

Note
1. If you received a product in the wrong size or with a color problem, email us your message pictures, order number, and item number within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. The returned items without communication will not be accepted. All returns must be approved by our customer service team.

3. The returned items should be sent back to our warehouse address mentioned in communication emails, not the company address on our site. The parcels sent to the wrong address will not be accepted.

4. The return shipping fee is at customers' own expense.

5. The following items cannot be returned: gifts, accessories like necklaces, earrings...

6. The returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

7. Returns will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package.

8. Refunds will get back to your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuers.

9. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

10.At present, the round neck and short sleeves are normally shipped. Long sleeves, sweaters and V-necks are pre-ordered new models, and you need to wait for delivery after purchase.
